Responsibilities

• Design training materials and provide professional development to address teacher needs.
• Work with teachers through demonstrations, collaboration, and one-on-one support.
• Help teachers improve instruction to engage students and foster ownership of learning.
• Collect and analyze data to guide instructional decisions.
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal.
