Job summary

East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is seeking a Substitute Teacher to provide classroom instruction and supervision during the temporary absence of a regular teacher at the EVIT Main Campus. The role emphasizes maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment while executing lesson plans and actively engaging students to support their progress.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Math or closely related field.
18 graduate-level credits in Math with a grade of C or higher.
At least one year of collegiate-level teaching experience.
Experience using Canvas, Google Classroom, and ExamSoft or similar LMS.
Valid Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Immunization against or immunity to MMR if born after 1957.

Responsibilities
