Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact license)
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing preferred
• Strong patient care, assessment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conform with and provide nursing care according to orders and regulations
• Monitor patient progress and respond to status changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate with providers and health team for care plans
• Orient and train staff; support nursing leadership
• Maintain nursing supplies and cross-train across departments
