Job summary

Elliot Health System's maternity unit in Manchester, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Maternity service on the Night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am). The unit cares for postpartum moms and babies, including high- and low-risk cases, with bonding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.

The RN will participate in care planning with patients and families, apply evidence-based practice, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, continuous care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN; BSN preferred).
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate RN licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes evidence-based practice to optimize patient outcomes and professional practice.
• Engages patient/family in goal setting and plans of care across shifts.
• Delivers skilled maternity/postpartum and newborn nursing care with critical thinking.
