Job summary

Elliot Hospital in New Hampshire seeks a Registered Nurse for the NICU. The role involves caring for newborns in a Level III NICU, including 24/7 observation and family education. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN – BSN preferred).
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, and communicates the plan of care to patient, family and colleagues.
• Utilizes current evidence and standards to guide practice and identify areas for improvement.
• Demonstrates competent clinical practice with clinical decision making and critical thinking.
