Qualifications

• Leadership, project management, and outreach education experience in perinatal services.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills; effective communicator.
• Proficient in English; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support role models and communicate the Mission, Vision, and Values of St Joseph Medical Center.
• Co-lead QAPI meetings with the Maternal Medical Director and coordinate designation meetings.
• Develop varied and interactive learning activities with content experts; act as mentor and resource.
• Plan prenatal classes for the community and lead outreach education programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital departments to improve care coordination.
• Participate in designated maternal/nicu programs and regional groups.
