Job summary
Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking a Maternal Health Supervisor to oversee the in-home Maternal Health Services program for mothers and babies. The role involves coordinating with MCOs, mentoring staff, and managing caseloads to achieve program goals.
The position includes home visiting, infant and maternal development assessments, and providing education and referrals to families. Travel to surrounding counties is required; mileage reimbursement is provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Human Services, Social Work, Early Childhood Education (or related field) AND two years experience in a Human Services profession
- Must be 21 years of age and able to travel for business
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer tasks
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Maternal Health Services program and mentor moms and staff
- Coordinate enrollment with Managed Care Organizations and assign caseloads
- Conduct home visits and monitor infant and maternal development
- Complete documentation and reporting for MCOs and agency directors
- Travel to surrounding counties for staff training and caseload support
