Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated management and leadership abilities.
• Previous charge nurse or other leadership experience is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Must hold a valid Ohio nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to meet unit goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensures safety of staff and patients on the unit.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Assists in recruitment and staff retention efforts.
• Manages staffing plans and delegation of resources during shifts.
• Supports HR activities including coaching and timekeeping.
