Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Maternal Fetal Medicine department for full-time work (40 hours weekly). Typical schedule is 0745–1700, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturdays and travel to other Endeavor Health sites as needed.

Responsibilities include providing safe and compassionate nursing care, completing NSTs, and coordinating care with the healthcare team. Requires NLN-accredited nursing education, IL RN licensure, BLS/CPR, with NST experience

Qualifications

NLN accredited school of nursing graduation required; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (AHA).
NST certification strongly preferred.
Current IL registered nurse licensure required.
Minimum 1 year inpatient Labor and Delivery or high-risk OB experience.
Fetal monitoring experience required; NST/high-risk obstetrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, compassionate nursing care in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Complete NSTs and use nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
Contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experience.
