Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Maternal Fetal Medicine. The role is full time, 40 hours weekly with a daytime schedule, providing compassionate nursing care and NSTs in a high-risk obstetric setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, lead unlicensed staff, and contribute to safe, high-quality patient care while navigating a system with generous benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program required.
• BLS/CPR certification required (AHA).
• NST certification strongly preferred.
• IL nursing licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Complete NSTs.
• Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
