Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Registered Nurse in Maternal Fetal Medicine for a full-time role (40 hours/week). Shifts are 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday coverage and travel to other Endeavor Health sites.

You will provide safe nursing care, complete NSTs, guide assigned staff, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited nursing program required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• IL nursing license active.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• NST certification strongly preferred.
• 1 year obstetric/L&D experience.
• Fetal monitoring experience required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide nursing care in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Complete NSTs.
• Utilize nursing process for planning care.
• Guide assigned unlicensed personnel in care delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
