Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse – Maternal Fetal Medicine for full-time or part-time 40 hours/week. The role requires providing safe, compassionate nursing care in MFM, performing NSTs, and coordinating care with the health team.

Typical schedule 0745–1700, Monday to Friday with potential Saturday shifts. Requires NLN-accredited nursing program, IL RN license, and BLS/CPR; NST certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• NST certification strongly preferred.
• Current IL RN license required.
• 1 year inpatient Labor and Delivery or High-Risk OB experience.
• NST and high-risk obstetrics experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department.
• Complete NSTs.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experience.
