Job description

A large integrated health system in Springfield, Missouri, is currently seeking a BE/BC Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join an experienced team.

Position Highlights:

• Join a collegial team of two MFM physicians and two NPs
• Weekday schedule with 1:3 call
• Consultative role only, with referrals from OBGYNs across the health system
• Manage a large patient base spanning 30 counties in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas
• Clinic located in an outpatient building attached to the hospital
• Work at a 700+ bed facility affiliated with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals since 1986
• Hospital features a Level IV Maternity Center with full-time, in-house OB Laborist coverage by BC/BE OBGYNs
• Includes a 28-bed Level III NICU staffed by 6 Neonatologists and 6 NNPs, with 24/7 in-house coverage
• Regional referral center delivering over 3,500 babies annually
• Optional teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
