Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist for a consultative practice with outpatient ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and inpatient consult opportunities.

The role spans two clinics with 2 days per week at each site, Bellevue MFM Clinic and Evergreen Health, supported by a full team including sonographers and nurses, with shared call coverage. The position offers base pay in the $525k–$600k range plus a sign-on bonus and bonus pool.

Qualifications

• Fellowship trained in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Experience with ultrasound and prenatal diagnostics is essential.
• Ability to provide consultative care at multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative MFM care at two hospitals with level 3 NICUs.
• Perform outpatient ultrasound and prenatal diagnostics.
• Share call coverage equally with MFMs.
• Coordinate care with sonographers, nurses, and other staff.

About the Opportunity

• Consultative MFM practice with out-patient services and inpatient consult opportunities.
• Outpatient focus on ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, antepartum testing and maternal medical management. AIUM certified including fetal echocardiography.
• Work in 2 main clinics, 2 days/week at each site:
  • Bellevue MFM Clinic
  • Evergreen Health
• Consultative care provided at two nearby hospitals (Overlake Medical Center and Evergreen Health) with level 3 NICUS with a combined total of about 9,000 annual deliveries.

NOTE

Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plan’s minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.

Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.

Paid Sick Leave

Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days,, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.

NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
