Step into a dynamic, high‑acuity environment at Swedish Medical Center–First Hill, where you’ll manage a diverse caseload in a state‑of‑the‑art facility with:

• Over 7,500 annual deliveries
• Full‑scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
• Consultative outreach in Everett and Issaquah
• A regional referral base spanning the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska

Enjoy a 4‑day work week with just 18–19 workdays per month, including:

• Home call at Swedish–First Hill with robust support from laborists and nocturnists
• Only 3–4 calls per month and 10 weekend calls per year

Bring your skills to a practice where advanced care and continuous learning go hand in hand. You'll work across both inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care while staying at the forefront of maternal‑fetal medicine.

• Provide expert care in prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and genetics
• Manage complex cases in both hospital and clinic environments
• Bonus: Experience in fetal echocardiography or CVS is welcomed—but not required

You’ll be supported by a collaborative care team including:

• MFM ARNPs for postpartum rounding
• 24/7 OB hospitalist and nocturnist coverage
• 70+ bed NICU and PICU
