THE POSITION: The Fellowship Director is appointed by and reports to the Vice-Chair of Education and Department Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Women's Health. The Director is responsible for maintaining an educational environment that trains Fellows across all ACGME competency areas, in accordance with hospital and GME policies. The role involves oversight of Education, GME Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Accreditation Maintenance. The Director ensures the success of the Fellowship program, holds authority and accountability for its overall functioning, and must have current certification in the specialty by the ABOG or equivalent, along with a valid medical license and ongoing clinical activity. A minimum of three years of educational and/or administrative experience is required.

A competitive salary range of $425,000 to $575,000, along with relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package, is offered.
