ABOUTNILE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

Establishedin 2006, Nile Healthcare System is a growing, physician-ledmulti-specialty system anchored by Nile Women's Health Care, awell-established OB/GYN practice serving North Metro Atlanta. Oursystem has expanded to include Nile Family Medicine, and we now servepatients across multiple North Fulton and North Metro locations, including our primary Roswell campus and offices in Alpharetta andJohns Creek. Our OB/GYN practice manages a substantial deliveryvolume each month, supported by a large and experienced clinical teamof physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers, along within-house ultrasound technology and an experienced sonography staff.

THEOPPORTUNITY

NileHealthcare System is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)physician to establish and lead a new high-risk obstetrics serviceline within our system. This is a rare opportunity to build an MFMpractice from the ground up, backed by an established referral base,a high-volume OB/GYN practice, and the operational infrastructure ofa multi-specialty system — rather than starting solo in anunfamiliar market.

NorthMetro Atlanta — and the Roswell, Alpharetta, and Johns Creekcorridor in particular — is a well-documented gap in local MFMcoverage. Regional referral patterns for high-risk obstetricconsultation, ultrasound, and comanagement currently rely heavily onphone consultation and referral to practices well outside theimmediate area. A physician who establishes an in-person MFM presencehere has the opportunity to become the region's go-to specialist asthe area continues to grow.

Providegenetic counseling and coordination for high-risk pregnancies, incollaboration with referring OB/GYN and family medicine providers.

Provideinpatient consultation support for complex antepartum and high-riskpatients; in-person hospital privileges and rounding capabilitystrongly preferred, particularly for cerclage placement, withtelephone/virtual consultation available as a secondary option.

Collaboratewith and, over time, help supervise advanced practice providers asthe MFM panel grows.

Partnerwith Nile's OB/GYN, family medicine, andbehavioral/maternal-mental-health resources to support awhole-patient approach to high-risk pregnancy care.

Participatein relevant quality initiatives (e.g., maternal morbidity review) asneeded.
