Job summary

Nile Healthcare System in Roswell, GA seeks a board-certified/eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to establish and lead a new high-risk obstetrics service within our multi-specialty system. This is a rare opportunity to build an MFM practice with an established referral base and robust obstetric support.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN; fellowship in MFM required.
• Active or eligible Georgia medical license; willing to obtain hospital privileges.
• Experience with comprehensive obstetric ultrasound, fetal echocardiography, and invasive prenatal procedures.
• Ability to practice in a hybrid model of in-person and telemedicine coverage as needed.
• Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with OB/GYNs, family medicine, and midwives.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient MFM consultations and detailed anatomy ultrasound.
• Perform fetal echocardiography and invasive diagnostic procedures (amniocentesis, CVS).
• Coordinate care with referring OB/GYNs and family medicine providers.
• Deliver clear clinical guidance and management plans to referring teams.
• Provide inpatient consultation support; hospital privileges and rounding preferred.
• Mentor and supervise advanced practice providers as the MFM panel grows.
