Job summary

• Completes biopsychosocial assessments and other specialized trauma assessments.
• Provides crisis interventions and safety planning for patients and families.
• Maintains therapeutic relationships and uses motivational interviewing and trauma-focused CBT techniques.
• Communicates effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community providers.
• Ensures documentation in the medical record and adherence to policies.
