Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Materials Working Lead to support the Airfoil & Isothermal Manufacturing (AIM) Mod Center in Columbus, GA. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate daily production activities, coach team members, resolve production and material issues, and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

This weekend night shift runs Friday to Sunday, 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing, experience with PIV equipment, and a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control or logistics.
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities, ensuring the team has necessary skills, tools, materials, and resources.
• Provide hands-on production floor support by monitoring WIP and planning upcoming jobs.
• Lead, coach, and engage team members with standard work, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
