Job summary

SEOYON E HWA in Jeffersonville, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise the Material and Delivery Team and ensure accurate inventory control. You will operate a forklift to unload and load materials, and coordinate shipments according to delivery schedules.

This role requires hands-on experience with forklift operations, basic MS Office skills, and strong communication to direct team members and maintain safe, organized storage areas. Experience with MES/WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift.

• Ability to perform material receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Strong communication and leadership to coordinate and direct team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Material and Delivery Team.
• Unload incoming materials using a forklift and store them in designated locations.
• Monitor customer delivery orders in real time and prepare shipments according to delivery schedules.
• Load and unload finished-goods racks for customer deliveries using a forklift.
• Maintain inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Manage material locations and inventory within the warehouse using WMS.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and prevent aging stock.
• Monitor material inventory at production lines and supply required materials in a timely manner.
• Verify part numbers and specifications using barcode scanning during material receiving and shipping.
• Record material receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions using barcode and WMS systems.
• Move, store, and stage finished-goods racks using a forklift.
• Verify part numbers, specifications, and quantities to prevent incorrect material supply or shipment.
• Maintain warehouse and material storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
