Job summary

Slate is seeking a Materials & Warehouse Supervisor at the Warsaw Manufacturing Site to oversee material flow and warehouse operations in a fast-paced automotive setting. You will supervise hourly staff, manage inventory to support production, and coordinate with procurement and suppliers to maintain supply schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and knowledge of Lean tools like JIT and Kanban to drive continuous improvement and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience in warehouse or materials supervision.
• Experience leading warehouse teams, including hourly staff.
• Hands-on with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring proper material handling and stock movements.
• Manage material flow and inventory to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for POs, replenishment, and lead times.
• Implement Lean tools (JIT, Kanban) to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Lead shift planning and coach the team to meet production demands.
