Slate is seeking a highly organized Materials & Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Warsaw, IN. The role oversees material flow, inventory management, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with extensive warehouse experience, plus hands-on ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics). You will lead hourly staff, conduct inventories, coordinate with suppliers, and drive Lean/JIT improvements to support production

• Lead shift scheduling and workforce planning to align resources with production demands.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.
