Kraft Heinz Garland Plant is seeking an experienced warehouse operations leader to supervise materials, inventory, and receiving across multiple shifts. You will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while partnering with plant leaders on KHMS initiatives.

Responsibilities include leadership, scheduling inbound loads, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and cost control. Knowledge of SAP, WMS, GMP, and MS Office is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years supervising warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and safe work practices.
• WMS, MRP and Inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with forklifts and material handling equipment.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders to implement KHMS process improvements and planning.
• Lead Warehouse staff across shifts with focus on safety and engagement.
• Oversee inbound materials, scheduling, and yard management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage records: bills of lading, packing slips, damage reports.
• Approve invoices for warehouse and production supplies.
• Optimize space via 5S and maintain clean, safe facility.
• Support department budget by monitoring direct costs.
