Job summary

Saronic Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Materials Lead to guide daily materials operations, ensure accuracy in receiving, movement, and inventory, and partner with the Materials Supervisor to drive continuous improvement across workflows.

You will train team members on standard work and safety, audit processes for compliance, and support cycle counts and inventory audits while maintaining inventory integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assign kits and monitor task completion to support production schedules and ensure material availability
• Support and guide receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and system transactions
• Oversee and audit material movement to maintain proper handling, storage, and traceability
• Train and coach team members on standard work, safety practices, and material handling procedures
• Audit receiving, inventory, and material flow processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Perform and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and accountability
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies related to receiving, movement, or system transactions
• Partner with the Supervisor on planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives focused on materials, inventory, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
