Reporting to the Laboratory Supervisor, the role requires a high school diploma (or an associate degree in a physical science or technical field), basic MS Office skills, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Zero to three years of lab or manufacturing experience, or an associate degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine chemical and mechanical analyses per procedures.
• Generate, record, and report test results with proper documentation.
• Assist in drafting work instructions and procedures.
• Support adherence to lab documentation and quality requirements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and workspace.
• Notify supervisor of any safety, productivity, or quality issues.
• Support material verification with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams.
• Assist with procuring laboratory supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Support general laboratory operations.
