Job summary

Terracon seeks Materials Testing Technicians to support projects across Fort Collins, Greeley and Longmont offices. You will perform field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt and steel, and communicate results to the project team.

Responsibilities include transporting samples, preparing reports, and maintaining equipment with strict safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 6 months of experience; a valid driver’s license may be

• 6 months experience required.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory testing of construction materials.
• Observe and inspect soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel.
• Communicate results to Project Manager and team.
• Transport samples to the laboratory with documentation.
• Prepare data in written and digital reports for daily submission.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles and work areas; adhere to safety standards.
