Job summary
S&ME, Inc. in Augusta, GA seeks a Construction Materials Services Manager to lead our Construction Materials and Special Inspection team, delivering engineering services, testing oversight, and project leadership to clients across diverse industries.
You will mentor staff, drive revenue growth, ensure project profitability, manage proposals, billing, and client relationships, and support career growth. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and strong ESOP benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Engineering or construction-related field.
- Minimum 6 years of operational and/or project management experience in construction materials testing and special inspection.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Construction Materials and Special Inspection team.
- Oversee proposals and large-scale client projects.
- Handle monthly billing, accounts receivable, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate on business development and nurture client relationships.
