Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical coursework preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in construction materials testing or geotechnical lab work.
• Commitment to safety and PPE protocols.
• Ability to read procedures and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing on soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates following industry standards.
• Document and report test results with detailed records.
• Prepare samples and maintain laboratory organization and sample integrity.
• Operate laboratory testing equipment and ensure equipment calibration.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Communicate results to supervisors and project personnel.
