Divergent is hiring for a QC material testing technician to support the Adaptive Production System. In this on-site role you will operate tensile and fatigue test systems, perform routine checks, and document all work in the manufacturing system and related software.

This position requires working on-site, lifting 30+ lbs, and familiarity with Excel. Training weeks will start on a standard Monday–Friday schedule before transitioning to the 3–4 x 11-hour shift pattern.

Formación

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls.
• Careful worker with attention to detail.
• Experience in a test lab, machine shop, or similar setting.
• High school degree, GED or higher degree.
• Able to work on-site.
• Able to lift and carry 30+ lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Divergent’s standard tensile and fatigue test systems used for material quality control and characterization
• Perform system checks and periodic maintenance as required
• Follow the Divergent Manufacturing Execution System and ensure proper documentation of all work performed
• Accurately record data in excel and other related software applications
• Follow specific instructions outlined in Divergent’s standard test procedures
