Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Ability to work with hands and use simple measuring tools.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate metallurgical testing equipment to verify product conformance.
• Safely operate metal-forming machines with other operators.
• Handle hazardous chemicals using required PPE and safety guidelines.
• Fabricate high-quality material using precision equipment and routes.
• Coordinate with Production Control to meet on-time deliveries.
• Understand company policies, paperwork, and quality systems.
• Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Follow shop orders and report non-conformances promptly.
• Strive to improve processes, equipment efficiency, and quality.
• Train and operate additional mill equipment as assigned.
• Maintain a neat and clean workplace.
