Power Solutions International (PSI) is a leading manufacturer of emissions-certified powertrains. The warehouse role includes operating cranes and forklifts, inspecting inbound goods, and ensuring accurate inventory flow to production.

You will work with Epicor ERP, perform cycle counts, and help prepare orders for shipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable with MS Office, and show willingness to obtain Lift Truck certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience safely operating cranes, lift trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Comfort with technology including MS Office, Excel, Outlook.
• Prior experience with Lean manufacturing and/or ISO9001 methodologies is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality and route as needed.
• Record inventory movements in ERP (Epicor) and perform cycle counts.
• Move goods to production and shipping areas for timely processing.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with lifting up to 40 pounds and participate in team lifts.

We are positioned to meet the high production volumes of our customers with added capacity for growth.Position Summary:Performs general warehouse work, including loading and unloading of trucks and movement of material within the warehouse or production facility. Work includes receiving, storing, and moving materials to the production area as well as preparing orders for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that the material flow to production is timely and accurately transacted.Essential Responsibilities:With proper company certifications, safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely and efficiently move inventory and materials of various dimensions around the warehouse and production facility per safety regulations such as those administered by OSHAInspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting. Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify the supervisor immediatelyProcesses appropriate inventory control records and cycle counts, maintaining accuracy using RF Scanners or ERP system (Epicor) as needed.Transport finished products and materials to the shipping area and prepare for safe shipmentMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, storage areas and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping, receiving, and supply areas; complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsEnsure that power vehicles are in proper working order by conducting required pre-trip inspections per checklistAs needed, lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds of materials to assist in production.
