Job summary

Trans-Tech is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Maryland (Adamstown) to handle shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products. You will verify incoming and outgoing goods against orders, lift items, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 55-60 lbs, work in dusty environments, and operate dock equipment. Strong attention to detail and basic Word/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to regularly lift 10 lbs and occasionally 55–60 lbs.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment and ERP usage.
• Must work in dusty environments and stand up to 8 hours.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Position Description

Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.Prepares and maintains records of items shipped and enters data into ERP system. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of products shipped. Reviews customer orders. Examines, stocks and distributes products and materials in inventory warehouses or manufacturing lines.

Requirements include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to regularly lift 10 lbs. and occasionally 55-60 lbs.
• Ability to safelyoperate warehouse dock equipment and drive a non-CDL truck (physical is required)
• Ability to work in dusty environments
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Ability to multi-task
• Must demonstrate safe work habits
• Operate under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
• Work with attention to detail
• Maintain accurate electronic and written records
• Work in a fast paced, high- volume environment
• Ability to work on self-directed teams

• 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse/inventory control environment
