Job summary

Trans-Tech is a leading designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave components. This full-time warehouse role handles shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products.

You will verify goods against orders, prepare shipments, and enter data into the ERP system while lifting heavy items and potentially operating a forklift. Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, 2–3 years in a warehouse/inventory environment, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs regularly and up to 55–60 lbs occasionally.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory control environments (2–3 years).
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Ability to operate warehouse dock equipment and a non-CDL truck.
• Ability to work in dusty environments and long hours.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Position Description

Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.Prepares and maintains records of items shipped and enters data into ERP system. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of products shipped. Reviews customer orders. Examines, stocks and distributes products and materials in inventory warehouses or manufacturing lines.

Requirements include

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to regularly lift 10 lbs. and occasionally 55-60 lbs.
• Ability to safelyoperate warehouse dock equipment and drive a non-CDL truck (physical is required)
• Ability to work in dusty environments
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Ability to multi-task
• Must demonstrate safe work habits
• Operate under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
