Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking a Senior Materials Manager to lead the Integrated Supply Chain team in Fort Worth, TX. You will own scheduling, materials planning, control, and strategy, driving lean initiatives and productivity in the materials group.

This on-site role requires a bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, plus multiple years of managerial experience in manufacturing materials. MBA is a plus; APICS knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Five years in integrated materials management in a manufacturing environment with lean concepts, MRP, and strong supplier relationships.
• Three years of managerial experience focusing on standardizing planning/execution, reducing sourcing complexity, and talent development.
• Experience with rate-based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments.
• Experience with visual management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of computerized integrated information systems and manufacturing material flow.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary site materials management lead.
• Optimize scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, materials movement, and supplier performance.
• Implement and ensure adherence to the Materials and SIOP standard work processes.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, Product Management and Quality to meet strategic goals.
• Develop countermeasures for underperforming processes or suppliers.
• Lead and develop materials staff for efficient operations and Lean Six-Sigma alignment.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of materials functions.
