Job summary

Springs Window Fashions in Edison, NJ seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving teams onsite. The role emphasizes safety, quality, associate development, and continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

Requirements include 3+ years in materials management and warehousing, 1+ year supervisory experience, HS diploma or GED (or Associate’s), with English/Spanish bilingual being highly preferred. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Materials Management, Warehousing and Shipping/Receiving experience in a high-volume progressive manufacturing environment.
• At least one year of Supervisory Experience.
• High School Diploma (or GED) or Associate’s degree.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is HIGHLY preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of all Warehouse functions; Material Handling, Shipping, Receiving, and Cycle Counting.
• Develop, Plan, and Execute cross training and development of assigned associates.
• Prepare / update various daily reports and KPI’s for Management using various software programs.
• Mentor / coach assigned associates regarding areas of opportunities.
• Oversee outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper condition of shipments.
