Job summary

Royal Technologies is seeking a Materials Supervisor in Training to support shipping and receiving and to develop bench strength for supervision at our Hudsonville facilities. The role trains on 1st shift for 4–6 weeks before moving to 2nd and/or 3rd shift, with 2nd and 3rd shift availability required.

The position requires a supervisory background, hilo driving experience, and experience with ERP systems (Syteline). You will lead small teams and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience must include shipping and receiving with hilo driving.
• Current or previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with material systems/ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in the execution of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Inventory control.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Daily use of ERP system (Syteline), scanners, and related technology.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities within shipping/receiving.
