Job summary

Resideo is seeking a supervisory leader for material purchasing, planning, inventory control, and distribution. You will guide a team to meet delivery, cost, and quality objectives, and drive continuous improvement in material management processes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, overtime management, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining strong customer service and data accuracy. Experience in WMS/Excel and a history of cost reductions are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years of experience in a shipping/distribution center setting.
• 8+ years of experience with WMS systems and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Job description

Supervise the execution of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo. You will operate within the existing material control systems and process and provide guidance to direct reports on clearly defined objectives. You will manage the team to meet the customers' needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost, and quality. You will build up team capability and lead continuous improvements. Keep Resideo’s production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results. Empower team members to achieve clients' objectives by hiring the right people, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent.

You Must Have
