Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, Idaho is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join the Customer Focus Team. You will develop inventory strategies, collaborate with Master Scheduler and Procurement, and help ensure on-time delivery for key customers.

Responsibilities include managing excess and obsolete material, analyzing financial metrics, and supporting forecast accuracy and cost performance. A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years related experience preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office with advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory strategy to achieve targeted net inventory levels/days of inventory and support revenue plan.
• Execute timely submission of excess and obsolete material claims per process.
• Understand customer’s financial metrics and impact to variance, costs, and inventory; support forecasting.
• Initiate and monitor supply chain improvements to optimize procurement and deployment.
• Provide voice of the customer input in repricing when no SCM Productivity Manager is assigned.
