Qualifications

• Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree for the internship duration.
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities.
• Lead teams with a focus on development, evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the necessary coaching to reach their full potential.
• Help identify challenges in current processes and drive process improvements using LEAN principles.
• Identify cost-saving and lead time reduction opportunities.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and inventory accuracy by managing warehouse metric goals.
• Assure that product and process quality is compliant with internal, industry, and customer quality standards.
