Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in East Peoria, IL, is seeking a Materials Specialist who will verify accuracy of prime products, check in/out, and manage parts, materials, tools, equipment and supplies.

You will report daily receiving and shipping activities, operate scanners, and use mobile equipment; lifting up to 35 pounds and working on a first shift. Starting pay is $20.40 per hour with limited benefits and no relocation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Basic math and clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report daily receiving and shipping activities.
