Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Materials Specialist to manage warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and transport of materials in Orlando, FL. This role supports aircraft maintenance by ensuring timely material availability and accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities include data entry into TRAX, coordinating with MOC, and performing stock audits to meet regulatory and internal standards. Must pass IATA DG training and maintain OSHA safety practices.

Qualifications

• Maintain warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving and material movement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance with GMM and IATA if applicable.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Purchasing and other departments for stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Material Stores and Line Material operations daily.
• Input data into the inventory system for issuing, receiving and shipping.
• Prepare shipments and align with MOC for AOG movements.

This person will be working with the Maintenance Department at the station to ensure adequate supply of material for aircraft maintenance and ensure material needs are met throughout the organization.Starting pay is $18.50*$2.00 shift differential added when working from 9:00PM -
