Job summary

Lancesoft in the United States is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a 12‑month assignment with potential extension to support storeroom activities at multiple SC plants. Pay is $30.00–$32.00 per hour on a W2 (all inclusive).

Requirements include 4–6 years in inventory, proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams, and experience with SAP or Maximo. Strong communication, collaboration across teams, and data syncing between SAP and Maximo are key.

Duration: 12 months assignment with possible of extension

Pay range: $30.00 - 32.00/hr on w2 (all inclusive)

What schedule is the candidate required to work: 8-hour days, Monday – Friday. Start between 07:00 – 08:00

Top 3 Required Skills:

• 1) Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

• 3) Previous inventory management or warehouse experience

• High Level Project Overview: Work with storeroom personnel at multiple power generation plants across SC to assist with new item creation, syncing of data between Maximo and SAP, SOX compliance, and any additional inventory tasks that arise.
