Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Materials/Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and issue parts for production. You will identify materials, ensure availability for programs, and maintain accurate locations. The role involves cycle counts, backorder tracking, and supporting production with timely material delivery.

The position is based in Rochester, MN, on a full-time shift 4 schedule (Fri-Sun 06:00-18:30). Benchmark emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement as part of its manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience
• Benchmark considers this a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits assigned to Production Control; issue and distribute
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations
• Receive and place parts into stock from Receiving/Inspection
• Assist in tracking backorders as parts become available
• Ensure correct balances via Cycle Counts
• Monitor reports to deliver Priority material on time
• Restock shelves with incoming material and locate in system
• Complete reconciliation of returned kits and research discrepancies
• Provide basic guidance to lower level employees if requested
• May operate forklift if required
• Ensure materials stored are ordered and in location prior to production
