Job summary

Benchmark Electronics is seeking a warehouse/materials associate in Rochester, MN. You will pull parts from stock, build kits for Production Control, and ensure materials are available to support production schedules.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, counting, and reconciling inventory, plus assisting with backorders and material movements for multiple programs. Shift 1, M-F, 0600-1430; safety-sensitive position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well individually or on teams.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits for Production Control and distribute to manufacturing.
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations.
• Receive and place parts into stock from Receiving/Inspection.
• Assist in tracking backorders as parts become available.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain correct balances and investigate discrepancies.
