Job summary

Benchmark Electronics in Rochester, MN is seeking a warehouse/materials associate to pull parts from stock, issue kits to production, and ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse system. You will maintain material availability for ongoing programs and support backorder resolution.

The role is full-time, on-site with Shift 4 (Fri-Sun 6:00–18:30). It requires 0-3+ years in materials/warehouse work and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate, detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience preferred.
• Safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits for Production Control and distribute them.
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations.
• Receive and place parts into stock from Receiving/Inspection.
• Track and fill backorders as parts become available.
• Maintain correct stock balances and perform cycle counts.
• Operate a forklift if required.
