Type One Energy Group invites motivated students for a Materials Scientist Summer Intern role in Knoxville, TN. You will support fabrication, characterization and testing of lithium-containing ceramic breeder materials for fusion energy systems.

This hands-on internship offers exposure to powder processing, high-temperature processing and materials testing, with mentoring by senior engineers. Earn $25–$35 per hour for 40 hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in materials science and engineering, ceramic engineering, mechanical engineering, nuclear engineering, or a related field.
