Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead material preparation, testing, and characterization under supervision.
• Design and implement DOEs for performance upgrades with supervisor input.
• Develop minor material modifications for improved performance.
• Train staff on equipment and standard testing procedures.
• Document testing methods, results, and data interpretations.
• Manage lab equipment and consumables to support testing needs.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and outcomes.
• Develop and validate new test methodologies for material development.
