Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Manager, Material Review and Promotion to oversee the U.S. Commercial MRP for advertising and promotional materials. You will lead cross-functional reviews with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal and Compliance, and manage agencies to ensure timely approvals.

You will also mentor a team of project managers, optimize processes, and coordinate production logistics while maintaining strong knowledge of brand goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Subject matter expert in understanding the material review process and associated policies and systems.
• Strong expertise in Veeva.
• Experience in print and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance) for MRP reviews.
• Manage and develop staff of project managers.
• Provide timely reviews and approvals of promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Perform final sign-off on submissions uploaded into Veeva and validate metadata alignment.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure production, fulfillment and shipment of materials.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements to increase agility.
