Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Subject matter expert in understanding the material review process and associated policies and systems.
• Strong expertise in Veeva.
• Experience in print and digital formats.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication or related.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or marketing/advertising agency experience (preferred).
• Lead or participate in a product launch initiative (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Veeva PromoMats (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional review and approval of advertising and promotional materials.
• Lead management of cross-functional team members and advertising agencies.
• Oversee MRP processes and timely production, fulfillment and shipment of materials.
• Provide training and mentorship on the MRP process to team members.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure project timelines and deliverables meet business goals.
